Who is Total Loan Services?
CC Connect provides the loan, while its authorized servicer, Total Loan Services (TLS), services these loans. This means you will maintain your loan account through TLS. Expect to receive communication from CC Connect and TLS regarding your new loan, status updates, and payment notifications.
How do I access my loan account?
Access your CC Connect Loan online through your TLS portal. From your online account portal, you can:
- View payment schedules
- View loan summaries and balances
- Schedule ACH payments
- Update personal and banking information
How will I receive my funds?
Funds are deposited into your bank account as soon as the next business day.
Refinance FAQs
What all is owed on the due date of my refinance?
On the due date of your refinance, the interest on your renewed loan and any remaining principal will be due.
Can I be denied a refinance?
You can be denied if you’ve reached your state’s maximum refinance limit. If you can’t get approved for a refinance, feel free to call us at 877-577-7977. We’re ready to work with you.
How many times can I refinance?
In Texas, there is no limit to the amount of times you can refinance. You can refinance your loan up to five times without having to pay down any principal on your original loan. After your fifth refinance, you must pay $50 down or 10% of your original loan amount – whichever is greater.

How long will my paperless statements be available to view online?
