What if I need more time to repay my Payday Loan?
Can I pay my loan early?
Of course! Loans originated at a Check Into Cash store can be paid at your nearest store or through the Retail Online Customer Portal, where available. For Online Payday Loans, please contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-460-4305 to arrange an early payoff or visit your account in the Online Customer Portal. Please call 1-888-333-1360 if you live in these states: KS, OK, TN.
Is my cash advance or payday loan transaction confidential?

Tax Preparation FAQs
How much does tax preparation at Check Into Cash cost?
Pricing starts at $129*. Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of your tax return. Speak with an associate about the cost of preparation for more details.
What should I bring with me?
You’ll need all of your relevant tax information, documents, and identification in order to prepare your taxes at Check Into Cash. The lists below are not comprehensive. Additional documentation may be required due to your unique tax situation.
Which identification documents will I need?
- Government issued ID cards or passports for adults on the return
- Social Security Card (SSN) or taxpayer identification number (ITIN) letter issued by IRS, for everyone who is expected to be on the return (i.e., taxpayer/spouse and all dependents listed).
- Birth certificate verifying relationship for any dependent (i.e., child) that you intend to claim. [Note: For dependents that are not your son or daughter (brother, sister, grandchild, niece, nephew, etc., please bring one of the following: (1) marriage certificates that verify your relationship to the child; (2) letter from an authorized adoption agency; (3) letter from the authorized placement agency; or (4) an applicable court document showing dependency.]
- Proof of address if driver’s license address isn’t current, such as a lease or mortgage statement.
Installment Loan FAQs
Can I still get an Installment Loan even if I have bad credit?
Yes. Even if you’ve had bad credit in the past, or still have less-than-perfect credit, you may still be eligible for an Installment Loan from Check Into Cash. If you meet our basic eligibility and underwriting requirements, you could still receive the quick money you need, so don’t hesitate to apply.
How do I receive money for my Installment Loan?
If you apply in a store, you will receive same-day cash and walk away with your money, once approved.
If you apply online, your funds are electronically deposited directly into your active checking account, once approved.
Can I have a Payday Advance and Installment Loan at the same time?
No. Check Into Cash only allows you to have one credit product at a time.
Title Loan FAQs
What if I already have a Title Loan with another company?
If you have an existing Title Loan or Title Pawn, visit Check Into Cash. We may be able to buy your Title Loan from another company for more money.
When will I get my car title back?
With a Title Loan, you’ll set up a payment schedule based on your income. Once the loan and fees are paid off, you’ll get your title back and we will release the lien.
Can I receive a Title Loan online?
No. You may not receive a Title Loan Online since there are vehicle appraisals involved. This process takes place in person at your nearest store location.
Flex Line of Credit FAQs
How do I close a Flex Line of Credit?
You may close your Flex Line of Credit at any time by calling us at 877-262-2274. Please review your Flex Line of Credit agreement for more information.
Can I still get a Flex Line of Credit even if I have bad credit?
Yes. Even if you’ve had bad credit in the past, or still have less-than-perfect credit, you may still be eligible for a Flex Line of Credit from Check Into Cash. If you meet our basic eligibility and underwriting requirements, you could still receive the quick money you need, so don’t hesitate to apply.
How do I get the money from my Flex Line of Credit?
Once you have been approved for a Flex Line of Credit, you can then choose how much cash you wish to draw from your available credit limit, and the money will be electronically deposited into your active checking account.
Registration Loan FAQs
When do I repay my Registration Loan?
An Express Single-Pay Loan in Arizona uses your vehicle registration and your monthly income for a cash loan where loan dates range from 14 to 36 days. At that time, you’ll repay your Express Single-Pay Loan principal plus fees.
Can I receive a Registration Loan online?
No. You may not receive an Express Single-Pay Loan Online. You must apply in person at your nearest store location.
What’s the difference between a Title Loan vs. Registration Loan?
A Title Loan uses your vehicle’s clear, lien-free title as collateral for the loan. Then, once paid in full, you’ll receive your title back.
Similarly, a Registration Loan uses your vehicle’s registration for your short-term loan.

Refinance FAQs
What all is owed on the due date of my refinance?
On the due date of your refinance, the interest on your renewed loan and any remaining principal will be due.
Can I be denied a refinance?
You can be denied if you’ve reached your state’s maximum refinance limit. If you can’t get approved for a refinance, feel free to call us at 877-577-7977. We’re ready to work with you.
How many times can I refinance?
In Texas, there is no limit to the amount of times you can refinance. You can refinance your loan up to five times without having to pay down any principal on your original loan. After your fifth refinance, you must pay $50 down or 10% of your original loan amount – whichever is greater.

What if I need more time to repay my Payday Loan?
Why is the APR Percentage So High?
High APRs are due to the short-term nature of payday loans. Each loan offered by Check Into Cash is required by law to have the fees and/or interest on the loan expressed on the contract as an Annual Percentage Rate, this illustrates how the interest and fees for the amount borrowed are compared to what the cost would be for a one-year period.
How long will my paperless statements be available to view online?
Once logged in, you will be able to view your current and past (up 12 months) account statements. If you would like to receive a copy of statements that are older than 12 months, please contact us at 877-262-2274.
